I've forgotten my credit card PIN, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your Royal Bank of Scotland credit card PIN, we can send you a reminder:

Mobile App

You can view your PIN in the mobile app.

1.  Log in to the mobile app and select your credit card
2. Tap 'Manage Cards' and select 'PIN services'
3. Tap 'See PIN' and follow the on-screen instructions to see your credit card PIN

There may be occasions where we're unable to show you the PIN in mobile app, you would be able to request a 'PIN reminder' via the post.

Digital Banking

You can log in to Digital Banking at digitalbanking.rbs.co.uk (opens in a new window)

1. Select 'Cards' from the main menu
2. Select your credit card from the account picker then select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu
3. Add the last 4 digits of your Royal Bank of Scotland credit card to the online form
4. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 10 working days via post
