Exclusions may apply for pre-existing medical conditions, or those aged 70 or over.

• If you or your joint account holder are aged 70 or over, you’ll need to get in touch with us each year to get your cover, where there will be a £100 annual premium per person.
• Pre-existing medical conditions may not automatically be covered. You may have to pay extra for this or you may find that your condition cannot be covered.

Covers the phone you use on a daily basis. If your account is in joint names, cover is also provided for the phone the other account holder uses on a daily basis. There is no cover for employer-owned phones.

One approved claim can be made in any 12-month period. If this is a joint account, each account holder can make one approved claim, up to a maximum of two claims per account.

Approved claims will usually be settled by repairing your phone where possible. If your phone can't be repaired, or it has been lost or stolen, a replacement phone may be provided. Replacement phones are refurbished devices in 'as new' condition using genuine manufacturer parts.

There is a £50 excess for repair claims, including walk-in, mobile and mail-in repairs.

There is a £100 excess for replacement claims.

Cover applies to phones with an original purchase price of £2,500 or less (including VAT).

Replacement phones include a 12-month warranty. Mail-in repairs include a 12-month repair warranty, while walk-in and mobile repairs include a 24-month repair warranty.

You can redeem one 3GB eSIM each year to use mobile data abroad. Once your eSIM has been activated it will be valid for 30 days within the country or region selected. Compatible device required.
