If you’re struggling to keep on top of things financially, we’ve got a range of support and online tools that could help. You can manage all your accounts quickly and efficiently here, get help with budgeting or combine all your debts into one single payment.

Help with your accounts

If you've missed a payment on your loan, mortgage or credit card (or know you're about to) or if you are struggling with your current account or overdraft, please tell us as soon as possible so we can support you. 

Have you overspent or missed a payment?
Please only answer ‘Yes’ if you’ve already missed a payment on a loan, credit card or mortgage, you’re overdrawn with no overdraft limit or you’re over an agreed overdraft limit already. Otherwise, please select ‘No’

How to pay

You can pay using your mobile app. Select the loan account you’ve missed a payment for and then choose the option ‘Pay off arrears’.

Depending on your situation, the chat will lead you to the best solution and if needed, connect you to one of our colleagues who will be able to support you.

Free, confidential advice

As well as speaking to us, you may like to get some free, independent advice. There are lots of debt advice organisations and charities out there who offer free, confidential support. They can work with you put together a personalised action plan to help you get back in control.

How to pay

The simplest and quickest ways to pay are using the mobile app or Digital banking.

 

For mobile:

•Select your mortgage account

•Tap Manage a missed payment

 

Digital

•Select ‘Manage Your Mortgage’

•Scroll down to Make a missed payment

 

Select for more details on how to register and use mobile and Digital banking.



Here's what to do next

Tell us when you plan to make this payment so that one of our team can note this on your account. This will stop us contacting you unnecessarily.

Here's how to do this:

  • Select the 'Chat to Cora' button on the bottom right of this pat.
  • Type in the keyword 'Webchat5' 
  • Cora will guide you to make an agreement to pay

Our team are available to chat between Monday to Friday : 9am to 5pm.

You can pay using your mobile app. Select the credit card you’ve missed a payment for, then choose the option ‘Pay my card’ and follow the instructions.

You can also pay via Digital Banking by selecting ‘Pay credit card’ on the right-hand side of your credit card account info. You can click the button below to log in.
