Struggling to pay? Find out how we can help.

If you’ve missed a payment on your loan, mortgage or credit card (or you know you’re about to) please tell us ASAP. The same goes if you’re struggling to pay off your overdraft – the sooner you let us know, the sooner we can try to help you sort things out.

How to pay

You can pay using your mobile app. Select the loan account you’ve missed a payment for and then choose the option ‘Pay my arrears’.

Or you can pay by credit or debit card by selecting 'Pay now' below. To complete the payment, enter your loan account details and the outstanding amount. It can take up to five days for the payment to be processed.

How to pay

You can pay using your mobile app by going to your mortgage account, selecting ‘Manage a missed payment’ and then ‘Pay now’.

Or you can settle your missed payment in the ‘Manage my Mortgage’ portal.

Click the ‘Manage my Mortgage’ button below and log in with your mortgage account number.

For your security, we’ll send a one-time passcode to your registered mobile number.

Go to ‘My payments and services’ and select ‘Make a missed mortgage payment or manual mortgage payment’ and you’ll see the option to make your missed payment.

You can also pay via Digital Banking by selecting ‘Pay credit card’ on the right-hand side of your credit card account info. You can click the button below to log in.
