How do I redeem my Rewards now that I have closed MyRewards?
You will still see the MyRewards tile in the mobile app / Digital Banking for 14 days after account closure to allow you to exchange any Rewards held. After 14 days you will need to call us on 03457 242 424 (Relay UK 18001 03457 242 424) and state 'MyRewards' as the purpose of your call. You will have a further 90 days to exchange your Reward balance.
