How do I order change for collection in a branch?

You can now place your cash and coin orders online(opens in a new window) for collection on the next business day at a branch.

• Cash and coin orders can now be placed up to 7 days in advance using our online form.
• Orders made between midnight and 8.00am can be collected same day.
• Orders made between 8.01am and 11.59pm can be collected next business day (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Orders are for Business Customers Only (Personal Customers can withdraw or exchange up to 5 sachets of coin per day from your local Branch).
• If you wish to collect your order on the same day please visit a branch or please call us. Please note we cannot guarantee same day requests.
• Collection is not available on Bank Holidays.
