Why have I received a mobile telephone number change email?

If you have received an email to confirm a change of your mobile telephone number but haven't changed it. It may be that you left the field for a mobile telephone number blank, when registering for the Credit Cards Online Service? If so our system will automatically update the number given when you applied for your credit card into Cards Online when you log in thus generating an email.

If the number is an old one this can be amended within the personal details section.
