I can see MyRewards on my Mobile App and Ebanking but I dont have a Reward current account or credit card why?
If you can see the MyRewards section on your Mobile App or Digital Banking but don't have a supporting Reward Current Account or Credit Card, you are mostly likely member of our previous Cashback Plus programme.
The Cashback Plus scheme closed to new members in 2015, and was replaced by MyRewards, where you need to open a supporting Reward Current Account or Credit Card to be eligible to join.
You can continue to earn Rewards when you spend on your debit card with one of our partners (and if opted in will receive regular comms on our latest offers to earn more).
