How do I set up Royal Bank MyRewards?

Great news, there is no need to set up MyRewards. You can check out your latest earn offers, see your balance and claim within your Royal Bank app. There's no need for a separate log-in and password.

You need to pay in £1,250 to an eligible Royal Bank account every month.

Every month you can earn:

£4 a month in Rewards for paying 2 or more Direct Debits from your Reward account – 2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each.

£1 a month in Rewards for simply logging into your mobile banking app once a month.

Even more Rewards when you use your debit card to spend at our partners.

The choice is yours. You can:

  • Change your Rewards into cash which you can either transfer into your Royal Bank current or savings account or use towards reducing your Reward Credit Card balance.
  • Exchange for eGift cards or points with our partners.
  • Exchange your Rewards to one of our chosen charities.

How can I earn Rewards?

We have a range of partners available, from food and drink to lifestyle and travel, MyRewards gives you access to offers from top partners. As a MyRewards customer, you could earn extra Rewards when you spend. Your offers change regularly. Check the MyRewards section of your app or Digital Banking to see your latest offers.

Last year our customers earned an average of 6% back in Rewards when using their Royal Bank debit card at our partner retailers*.

*Based on Rewards earned vs. amount spent in 2024. 

How do I access MyRewards?

  1. On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code.
  2. A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to MyRewards in your Royal Bank mobile banking app. 

 

Not able to scan the QR code? 

You can still get into MyRewards by:

  1. Using this MyRewards link to get into your app.
  2. Or you log in using Digital Banking and use the MyReward section to access MyRewards.

Switch to Royal Bank

The Current Account Switch Service will do all the work when it comes to switching, moving everything across from your old account all within 7 working days, including Direct Debits and standing orders. All you need to do is tell us the details of your old bank account and when you want the Switch to start.

We can not switch savings accounts or ISAs through this service. Any other products you have with your old bank will not be moved at the same time.
