Why has my cash ISA interest changed from monthly to annually?

On 31st January 2014 we simplified our cash ISA product offering and moved all customers holding one of our off sale accounts to our on sale Instant Access ISA.

For example, if you used to hold an e-ISA account this paid monthly interest. This has now been changed to an Instant Access ISA and offers annual interest only.

Our Instant Access ISA pays annual interest on first business day in April and therefore going forward you will receive annual interest instead of monthly interest.
