When will the money in my old account be transferred to my new account during the Current Account Switching process?
You will be able to access the funds in your old account up to and until your switch date when they will be transferred to your new account.
In most circumstances, we will guarantee to complete the switch in 7 working days . This will include existing payments being transferred and future debits and credits being redirected.
If we cannot guarantee to complete your switch in 7 working days, we will need you to complete a form before we can complete your switch. This typically takes 10-15 working days.
We'll keep you informed about the status of your switch as it is processed.
