What should I do if I lose my mobile phone?
Firstly, you try using Find my iPhone or Android Device Manager to see if you can detect the location of your phone.
Secondly, make sure you let us know, so we can suspend your Mobile Banking app.
You can do this by launching a webchat via the Chat Now button below. If you find your phone, this process can be easily reversed. You’ll still be able to manage your money via Digital Banking.
You also need to tell your mobile phone network immediately so they can disable the phone. This will mean your SIM is blocked, so nobody can use your phone if it’s been stolen.
