What is my Available Rewards balance?

This is the total of the Rewards that you've earned and that can be redeemed or exchanged. Available rewards can be redeemed as soon as your balance is the equivalent of £5 or more (unless otherwise stated).

Pending Rewards take up to 35 days following your eligible transaction to be added to your available balance.
