What is a mobile banking app activation code?

A mobile banking app activation code is formed of 6 alphabetic characters (A-Z and a-z) and are not case sensitive. The activation code will be sent by text message to the mobile phone number we hold on file for you.

Your activation code should arrive within a few minutes - please make sure you have a mobile signal to be able to receive it. Please note the activation code will only be valid for 10 minutes.

The activation code is used to generate a mobile app passcode and activate the app on your device for mobile banking.
