Can I set up a new international payee via Mobile Banking?

Registered for Biometrics

If you have registered to use biometrics to approve transactions, you can use the mobile app to set up an international payment to a new payee and the payee details will be saved.

Not registered for Biometrics

If you have not registered your biometrics with the Bank, you can make a one off payment up to £750 to a new payee. However you can't save the international payee details on the mobile app for future payments.

To add and save a new international payee, please log into Digital Banking (Payments and transfers). Once you've added them, they’ll be available to pay using your app as a saved payee. If you don't have the payee already set up, find out Making an international payment via Digital Banking.
