Can I get an extra card-reader?
Yes. Simply access your accounts online, select 'Security' from the main menu. From the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader', then follow the on screen instructions. There's no charge for this service.
Please allow up to 15 working days for your card-reader to arrive. As with all communications we will send the card-reader to the main customer address shown in our records.
Alternatively you may be eligible to use your biometrics on your mobile app.
