Why is a favourite payee no longer on my favourites list?

If a payee is no longer showing under your favourite payee list you will need to check your A-Z payee list located in Send money – Make a payment or Manage payees to find them 

If the payee is not showing this will need be re-set up.

A payee will only be removed from your favourites if you have removed them by deselecting the star on the payee, changed the reference on the existing payee or tried to create a new payee for them with the same account details as the favourite payee already set up.
