Please have your Customer Number and security number ready as this will enable your call to be answered faster and more securely. These are the same details you use to log in to Digital Banking.

During the login process we will only ask you for

  • Your 10 digit customer number which starts with your date of birth
  • 3 random digits from your four digit PIN
  • 3 random characters from your Password
  • We may occasionally send you a one time passcode (OTP) by text message, or ask you to use your card reader after entering your PIN and Password

We will NOT ask you

  • To enter your full PIN
  • To enter your full Password
  • For any credit card details

We will never ask our customers for any personal information by email. You should not respond to any email asking you to divulge your full PIN or password, we would only ever ask for random characters.
