I have received my replacement Mastercard credit card and it's not working.

First, check that you haven't locked your card on the mobile app. If you have please unlock the card using the app.

If the card is still locked after this then contact the Credit Cards Customer Service team on 0345 301 3950 from the UK or +44 1268 500 813 from overseas.
