How do I know when I need to pay my credit card by?

You can view the payment due date and the minimum amount you need to pay for your credit card in Digital Banking and the mobile app.

Simply log in to your mobile app and select your credit card, then select the three-dot icon located in the top right to access the account action menu, and tap  "Pay by Card" or you can view it with your statement.

Alternatively, log in to Digital Banking, select the 'Statements & transactions' page then select 'Statements' from the 'Your Statements' section. Select the relevant credit card if you have more than one and choose the relevant statement cycle to download then view your payment due date on your PDF.
