Why can't I track my application in the Mortgage Application Tracker?

The Mortgage Application Tracker is only available to customers who have applied for a new mortgage, with the exception of our Offset mortgage customers. Once you have been provided your mortgage account number, you can log in with your surname and date of birth.

If you are an existing mortgage customer who has chosen a new deal, you cannot track the progress of your application using the tracker, but instead will be able to use the online signing portal when we email you with your documentation.
