Why has the Get Cash button disappeared from my Royal Bank of Scotland app?
The ‘Get Cash’ button has moved in the Mobile App. To access it:
- Open the mobile app and select the current account Get Cash is linked to
- Tap "Get Cash"
Please note that the ‘Get Cash’ facility will not be available to you if the available balance on your Royal Bank of Scotland account is less than £10, or if your debit card is no longer active.
