Why does the interest rate wording on my Savings account say 'where relevant conditions are met'?
A number of our products (e.g. Savings Builder and Premium Saver) have conditions that must be met in order for the bonus to be applied. The interest rate information is produced at a moment in time, at which point we do not know whether the customer will have met the conditions by the end of the relevant period. Therefore we are displaying the interest rate on the assumption that the conditions are met, and referring customers to their conditions so they can see what the bonus criteria is.
