How do I change my loan payment date?

The quickest way to change your loan repayment date is by using the App or Digital Banking

 

Here are the steps to follow for the App:

1. Log in to the App

2. Tap on your ‘loan account’.

3. Tap ‘See payment options’

4. Tap ‘Edit payment details' and follow the on-screen instructions

5. On 'Edit Payment details' screen, tap 'Edit' next to Payment Date

5. On ‘Payment Date’ screen, use Dropdown Box to select ‘Payment Date’

6. On ‘Payment Date – check details’ screen, review details of change request and tap “Confirm date change”

 

Here are the steps to follow for Digital Banking:

1. Log into Digital Banking and you will see your Account Summary page

2. Next to your Loan Account, choose 'Manage my loan'

3. On 'My loan' screen, click 'Edit' under Payment Date (in 'Payment Summary' box)

4. On 'Payment Date' screen, use Dropdown Box to select 'Payment Date'

5. On 'Payment Date – check details' screen, review details of change request and click 'Confirm date change'
