How do I apply for a customer number?

Applying for a customer number is necessary to gain access to your account(s) online, as the customer number is used in conjunction with a security number and password during the Digital Banking login process.

To apply for a customer number, simply complete our set up Digital Banking.

Your customer number starts with your date of birth - (ddmmyy) followed by up to 4 digits.
