Why can't I view my subscription?

Why cant I view my subscription

We'll show you as many subscriptions as we can from the past 12 months. Only subscriptions from these companies will appear. If your subscription payment isn't showing, it could be that the payment was not made using the debit card linked to your account, or we haven't been able to identify the payment as a regular subscription. Subscriptions may take a few days to show, and refunds won't appear here.

If the subscription you're searching for is not shown on your list of subscriptions, check 'My Transactions' for the account the payment was taken from. If you're looking for an older payment, use the calendar icon to change the search settings.

You may notice changes in the list of merchants we support. Companies might be added or removed from your subsciptions list from time to time.

If a company is in your list of subscriptions it's because you've made a payment to them.

Trading names and logos may not align with your expectations. For instance, "NW Card Services" is NatWest Credit Cards. A company's name might appear slightly differently in 'My Transactions' than in your subscriptions list. Check our webpage for help with identifying payments that seem unfamiliar or unexpected.

If you still suspect the subscription payment is suspicious, you can report this by choosing the subscription payment, tapping 'Report a Fraud, Dispute or Scam' and following the steps. To report an older payment, use the calendar icon to adjust the search settings.

If you'd like to cancel the subscription, please refer to the FAQ above on cancelling a subscription.
