Add money works best when you are automatically redirected between our app and your other banks app when making your payment.
We recommend using Safari for iOS/iPad and Chrome for Android as your default browser to ensure a seamless Add money experience.
Certain browsers may not automatically redirect you between mobile apps, which may result in your payment appearing incomplete.
If this occurs, please log out and back into our app to verify if the payment was received.
Android users who use Samsung’s default web browser may not be redirected between apps when making an Add money request in our app because of a setting that blocks app redirection. To change this setting, follow these steps:
- Tap the 'Settings app' on the phone.
- Tap 'Apps'.
- Scroll down to Samsung Internet and select this option.
- Tap 'Samsung Internet settings'.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Privacy dashboard'.
- In the Privacy dashboard, scroll down and toggle off the option 'Block opening external apps'.
If these settings are not updated, it is still possible to make an Add money payment; however, you may be prompted to log in to your other bank’s Online banking to approve the request.
Once this adjustment has been made, try another payment request, and it should redirect you to your other banks mobile banking app, and then once payment approved back into our app.
You can enable push notifications for Money in and out of our app to receive real-time updates on your Add money transactions.
To do this, go to 'Settings', 'Notification settings', 'General notifications', and turn on the 'Money in and out' toggle.
