Will the bank ever come and collect my card?

We will never ask to collect your card (as a result of a fraud investigation) or ask you to disclose your PIN, card details, Digital Banking or Telephone Banking log in credentials.

From time to time, we may genuinely call you for fraud prevention purposes to verify whether a transaction is genuine. If you receive a call requesting your PIN, card details, Digital Banking or Telephone Banking log in credentials, you should end the call immediately.
