How do I view a scheduled international payment?

Scheduled payments

A scheduled payment is a payment which has been created to be paid on a future date.

To view a scheduled foreign payment select 'Payments & transfers' from the main menu. From the 'International payments' section select 'View or cancel a scheduled payment'.

A list of your future dated foreign payments will appear. You may choose to cancel a payment by selecting it from the list and then 'Cancel Payment'.

Scheduled foreign payments can be cancelled up to 4.00 pm (local time) on the business day before the payment is due to be made.

Recent payments

A recent payment is a payment which has already be debited from your account.

If you have just made an International Payment you will be able to see the transaction on the mini statement of the account the money has left.

You will see any international payments you have made in the last 6 months by selecting the 'View recent payments' option in the 'International payments' section of the 'Payments & transfers' page. Other previous payments can be viewed within 'Statements & transactions'.

If you have scheduled an International Payment for a future date, you will be able to check that it has been created successfully by selecting the 'Manage scheduled payments' option in the 'International payments' section.

Pending payments

A pending payment is a payment which has been created to be paid the same day however has not yet been fully processed through the Banks systems.

To view a pending international payment, select 'Payments & transfers' from the main menu. From the 'International payments' section select 'View recent payments'. This will show you which payments are still pending to be paid.
