When was the last time you made a new friend or connection?

Think about how important it was to be able to trust that person and the impact of trust on your relationship.

Think about a situation when someone let you down or you thought they weren't telling the truth, did this make a difference to your relationship? 

These factors will impact whether you can trust someone and build a relationship with them.
