What happens with my Direct Debit if I pay my mortgage off in full?

If you're repaying your mortgage in full, do not cancel your Direct Debit until you get your letter confirming formal closure. All or some of that payment may be needed to cover accruing interest and we won't be able to formally close the account until that balance is settled.

When we've fully closed the mortgage, we'll refund any excess funds to your servicing account.
