I'm not a Royal Bank of Scotland customer, how do I get the NatWest Rooster Money offer?

To get your free Rooster Card subscription, you've got to be a National Westminster Bank Plc ("NatWest"), Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS"), or Ulster Bank ("UBN") account holder. You need to be over 18, a UK resident, and registered for either mobile or Digital Banking. Fees apply for additional cards. Other fees may apply.
