I'm not a Royal Bank of Scotland customer, how do I get the NatWest Rooster Money offer?

To access a free subscription to the Rooster Card, you must be a National Westminster Bank Plc ("NatWest")/Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS")/Ulster Bank ("UBN") account holder, over 18, a UK resident and need to be registered for either mobile or Digital Banking.
