When will my first mortgage payment be, and how can I amend this date?

We will send you a welcome letter that tells you when your first mortgage payment is due. If you would like to change the date of your mortgage payment you can do this by contacting our mortgage team.

Once your first payment has been taken you can amend details yourself online by accessing Manage Your Mortgage (opens in a new window). To log in you'll need your mortgage account number, surname, date of birth and mortgaged property postcode.

Open Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm (excluding public holidays)
