What should I do if I believe I'm due some extra Rewards?
To report missing Rewards, please first allow 5 days from the date of the transaction for them to appear on your statement. If 5 working days have passed, please complete the 'Report Missing Rewards' form within MyRewards. Access MyRewards on the mobile app or Digital Banking and select the settings option, where you can then complete the missing Rewards form.
