Once you reach £5 or more in Rewards, the choice is yours.
You can pay them into one of your eligible accounts, exchange for eGift codes or convert to points with one of our partners. Or donate them to one of our chosen charities.
To see your exchange options:
- Access the MyRewards section of our mobile app, then tap 'Exchange Rewards'.
- Or, access digitalbanking.rbs.co.uk (opens in a new window) then click on the MyRewards section from the list of your accounts.
