Completing forms

• Click into a field to start typing
• Use Tab to move to the next field and Shift + Tab to move back
• Press Enter where required to confirm entries

Printing forms

• Check all information carefully before printing
• Print using your standard settings
• Printed forms must be signed where required

Clearing a form

• Use the “Clear form” button within the document to remove all entered information
• This will reset the form and cannot be undone

To view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download free from www.adobe.com.
