Never be afraid to ask questions or Google anything you don’t understand. Most people are too embarrassed to ask, so make sure your clear before you sign on the dotted line.
Bring your child seats, golf clubs, bicycle, harp, spinning wheel or anything else you need to be able to carry to make sure it fits. It’s too late if you only realise this once you get your new car home.
If your car looks a bit tired but has a good service history and low mileage, you may get just as good a price by part-exchanging it and letting the dealer tidy up the cosmetics.
