If I want to get the first time buyer mortgage cashback transferred to my bank account, will I be charged by my solicitor?
It is likely that solicitors will charge you a fee to transfer the cashback amount to your account, and this would be added to your overall legal bill. As the charge may differ between solicitor's firms it isn't possible for the bank to cover this fee for the customer.
