No, as long as you have a valid mortgage offer for a product that offers cashback, the cashback will be paid to your solicitor on completion. Our mortgage offers are valid for 6 months.

If your offer expires and you need to re-apply for your mortgage you will only receive cashback if you have a valid mortgage offer for a product that offers cashback and you complete on the mortgage.

The offer can be withdrawn or changed at any time.
