Who's eligible?
You are eligible to receive one e-voucher if you are a UK resident (excluding residents of Guernsey and the Isle of Man) and you meet all of the following conditions:
- You have successfully signed up to Home Insurance Tracker between 1st October 2026 and 23:59 hours on 3rd February 2027 ("Offer Period");
- To successfully sign up to Home Insurance Tracker, you must create an account, add your current home insurance policy details by uploading your policy documents, forwarding your policy documents by email, or manually entering your policy details into the Tracker, then complete your profile.
- Only one sign-up per household is eligible for the e-voucher under this Offer.
The following customers are not eligible to receive the e-voucher:
Customers who are residents of Guernsey or the Isle of Man;
Customers who do not complete all steps required to successfully sign up to Insurance Tracker; and
Where a customer uploads multiple policies to Insurance Tracker, only one e-voucher will be awarded.
Please note: the Bank retains sole discretion to decide whether any eligibility requirements have or have not been met.
What is the promotion?
If you meet the conditions above:
You will receive one e-voucher with a value of £5, redeemable at a range of retailers. The list of retailers is available here.
You will receive a code via email with details of how and where you can redeem your e-voucher. Emails may be sent to your spam, promotions, or junk folders.
The code to redeem the e-voucher will be valid for 12 weeks from the date it was sent to you.
The e-voucher will normally be sent within 21 days of your successful sign-up.

Other conditions
The Bank reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion at any time and without prior notice.
