We have added a new ‘Manage paperless preferences’ feature to new Bankline, which gives you the option to switch off receiving paper versions of Statements, Pre notifications of Interest and Pre notifications of Charges, helping reduce unnecessary paper use.
What privileges will I need for this?
You’ll need the ‘Manage paperless preference’ privilege to amend your paperless preferences. Paperless preferences cannot be amended for currency accounts, third party accounts, external accounts or accounts that currently have documentation suppressed.
How does this benefit me?
- Time saving – you’ll be able to select which accounts you don’t want to receive paper documents for and have email reminders sent to you when a new document is available to download.
- Efficiency – you'll be able to keep a digital copy of a document for your records instead of having a paper copy sent to you.
