What is Intelligent Safe?
An Intelligent Safe is a smart safe installed on your premises that lets you deposit cash any time of day or night, any day of the year.
The safe counts the deposits and checks for forgeries. Then the funds are credited to your account the same business day and are available to spend the next business day.
And you can access an online portal for a full transaction audit trail.

Intelligent Safe might be right for you if:
- you’ll want to deposit £500 or more each week
- your site meets security and installation requirements (we’ll arrange a survey).

- has fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover less than €2 million (or sterling equivalent)
- is a charity with an annual income less that £1 million.

How it works
1. Deposit
Drop cash into the secure on-site safe.
2. Count and verify
The safe automatically counts the cash and checks for forgeries.
3. Credit
Cash accepted by the safe before 3:30pm on a business day will be credited (for interest purposes) the same day and available for use after receiving the electronic record at 5:00pm on the same business day.
4. Collect
A secure courier collects the cash before the safe reaches capacity.
