Manage your cards online with Clearspend

Lost, stolen or damaged

If you believe your card has been stolen, call us as soon as possible on 0800 0964 743 (18001 0800 0964 743 for Relay UK).

The quickest way to report a credit card lost or damaged and order a new one is via Cora, your digital assistant.

Click the ‘Chat now’ button, type ‘credit cards’ and Cora will connect you to an adviser who can help.

If you need to reset your PIN, it's easy to do by logging into Clearspend below. 

Log in to Clearspend

Alternatively you can also reset your PIN by starting a chat with us.
