You can remove your consent in two ways:
- Via the mobile app by following the consent expiry notification steps or via the Accounts with Other Banks option from the Account menu..
- Requesting this via the other bank.
If you have given consent to view multiple accounts from one external bank and wish to revoke consent for just one account, you can either contact the other bank to revoke consent for just one account, or you can remove both the accounts from the bank, and then add the account you want to keep back into the app.
The accounts with the other bank will be removed immediately. If there is a problem with the other bank, it may take slightly longer for the accounts to be removed. You can try again to remove the accounts once the issue with the other bank is resolved.
