My Anytime Internet Banking activation code isn't working, what should I do?

When attempting to use your activation code please double check you are entering both your customer number and activation code correctly.

If you have attempted to use the activation code over 3 times, the code will be locked and you will need a new one.

You will require a new activation code if the original one sent to you has expired.

To obtain a new activation code you simply need to complete our re-register for Anytime Internet Banking (opens in a new window).

When you complete the online application you may gain instant access to your accounts without the need for an activation code. However if an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or text message.

If you did not enter a Debit Card Number on your first attempt you may find that entering this avoids the need for an Activation Code & you maybe able to gain instant access to your accounts. However if an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or text message.
