We are pleased to offer Clients’ Monies Service (CMS) to help you manage third party funds efficiently.
We’ve developed the service with the aim of providing you with secure real-time online transactions and the ability to access the service at your own convenience.
After we have received your application form we’ll contact you to agree a registration date. We’ll then send an Activation Code to each of your nominated administrators.
Shortly before you're due to register to CMS, we'll call to check that you're ready to proceed, explain what you need to do next and what help is available to make your start as smooth as possible.
CMS is easy to set up and use. To help you get started we have prepared two user guides. These extensive guides should cover everything you need to know, but if you need more help we're only a phone call away.
Setting up user access to CMS is easy, just follow the step-by-step user creation wizard. New users can be given the standard, ready-to-use master roles or you can customise these roles to suit the needs of your business.
Keeping your clients' money safe and secure is imperative, that’s why CMS is protected by a number of industry-standard technologies.
Logging into CMS requires a combination of passwords and user IDs. For added security CMS will regularly prompt each user to change their password.
CMS will never ask users for a complete set of security details on any web page. We would also never send an email asking for these details or link to a web page asking for such.
