However, overseas investor interest has surged with a remarkable 30% increase in activity over the past 12 months. Investors from North America, Europe, and Asia committed a significant £22 billion to UK acquisitionsin the year leading up to March, demonstrating a vibrant international interest in the market.

The latest Investment Property Forum (IPF) Consensus Forecast anticipates moderate yet steady growth over the next five years, projecting capital values to increase by 16% by the end of 2029.
