Up to £1m Buildings cover and up to £175,000 Contents cover on our Standard Home Insurance policy.

With 0% interest, there’s no extra cost if you choose to pay monthly for your annual policy. Over 18's only, subject to eligibility and a credit agreement.

To make a claim

Here is how to make a claim or contact us about an existing one. Please refer to your policy documentation to confirm what cover you have.

For home insurance, you can make a new claim on-line or by calling us on 0345 246 2105 (+44 (0) 1423847586 from outside the UK). You can also speak to us about an existing claim using the same numbers. Opening hours are: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 12.30pm.

We do understand that emergencies can happen at any time, so should you need help outside of these times, we have you covered with our out of hours service. This is available on the same number and they can provide advice and help should you need it outside of our opening hours; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
