The app is available to RBS personal current account customers with debit card, Digital Banking and a UK mobile number starting 07 on iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry and Windows smartphones.

Access your account securely

Wherever your mobile has signal, you can bank. But that's not all. With Mobile Payments, you can send money to people when you need to. You can even look back through 2 years' worth of statements and transactions. Plus set-up balance alerts to make sure you stay on top of things.

Download the app to take your bank on the road.

  • Pay people, using their mobile number, who have a RBS/NatWest app or who have a valid UK visa card
  • Cash from any NatWest, RBS or Tesco cash machine without using your debit card
  • Pay bills or people – just set up and make your first payment in Online Banking beforehand
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Check your balance and recent transactions
  • Find your nearest cash machine or local branch
  • Top up your pay as you go mobile phone and up to four others (service not available on the 3 network)
  • View your RBS Mortgage Account

Get Cash

Get Cash enables you to withdraw money without using your bank card. It is a great option for those times, such as popping out during your lunch hour, when you need small amounts of cash but don’t have your wallet on you. Get Cash provides you with another method by which you can get access to your money quickly by simply using the mobile app.

How does it work?

With Get Cash you can quickly choose an amount of cash that you would like to withdraw from within the app. We will then provide you with a secure cash code that will be valid for 3 hours and can be used at any NatWest, RBS or Tesco cash machine to withdraw your cash. You can use this cash code yourself or text it to someone else. You can use this service up to twice a day, but can only have one cash code at any one time.

  • Get Cash limits will apply for this service, including a maximum withdrawal limit of £250.
  • The amount requested must be within the daily withdrawal limit for your debit card.
  • You must have at least £25 available funds to withdraw from your account (including any overdraft facility).
