(a) Prize draw is open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw.

(b) RBS credit card accountholders whose account is open, not in arrears and within its credit limit at the time the draw is made, will be automatically entered into the prize draw every time they use their RBS Credit Card for purchases between 01/11/08 and 31/12/08 inclusive, provided that the purchase is posted to your account by 31/12/08. Purchases are normally posted within 3 working days of the purchase date. No liability will be accepted for any delay resulting in purchases not being posted by the closing date of 31/12/08.

(c) No purchase necessary - send your name, address and telephone number on a postcard to RBS Energy Prize Draw, PO Box 2195, Watford WD18 8ZL for entry. One entry per postcard received between 01/11/08 and 31/12/08 inclusive.

(d) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.

(e) Winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by 31/12/08. The winning entries will be drawn on 03/02/09. The first five entries drawn at random will receive a prize of £1,500 to go towards their utility bills for 2009. Prize will be fulfilled in the form of a cheque, payable to the cardholder within 28 days of notification. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no other alternative available. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(f) Winners will be notified within 28 days after the draw by telephone, and will also receive a confirmation letter. The winners' names and county of residence will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3256 or by sending a SAE John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London, W10 6SR, 6 weeks after the draw date.

(g) The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.

(h) If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

(i) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. The winner's details may be used for publicity purposes.
