On Wednesday 5th June, a problem with our systems delayed the processing of certain payments into RBS accounts. As a result payments that you were expecting to receive into your account may not have arrived. We fixed the problem quickly and have been working with other banks to ensure that any outstanding payments are processed as soon as possible. If you think that you have been affected, please call 08457 242424 (Minicom: 0800 404 6160). We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
